At Aristopaws Breeders, we take great pride in the health, care, and ethical placement of our kittens. Because each adoption is a serious and lifelong commitment, our Return and Refund Policy is designed to prioritize the well-being of our animals and uphold the integrity of our breeding program.
Terms of Return
Returns are only accepted under specific and limited circumstances within 7 days of receiving your kitten.
Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns will be considered only in the following situations:
• The kitten arrives with a life-threatening or untreatable health condition, diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival.
• The incorrect kitten was delivered (not the one specified in the signed sales contract).
Please note: We do not accept returns based on allergies, changes in personal circumstances, or non-medical reasons once the adoption has been finalized.
Conditions for Return
In order for a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
• The kitten must be uninjured and in the same health condition as when it was delivered.
• A licensed veterinarian must provide written documentation supporting the reason for return.
• The kitten must not have been exposed to other animals or environments that could compromise its health.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please:
1. Contact us at aristopawsbreeders@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery.
2. Provide your full name, the kitten’s name, delivery date, and the reason for the return.
3. Attach any relevant veterinary documentation (if return is due to health concerns).
4. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed instructions for safely returning the kitten.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to a confirmed breeder error or verified medical condition.
Refund Policy
If a return is accepted:
• A full or partial refund may be issued depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the kitten upon its return.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the kitten is returned and evaluated.
• All refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
Important: The reservation deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
